For much of my life, I was what you might call a "professional chameleon,"

Constantly adapting to please others, without realizing I had lost touch with my own needs and desires. Up until 2023, I focused on making others happy, often at the expense of myself.

It wasn’t until a series of life-shaking events—like the sudden loss of a loved one and a relationship crisis—that I had to face the reality I had been avoiding: I had been neglecting myself for far too long. In that moment, I made a promise to rediscover the spark within me.

Spending time in nature was a turning point for me.

I walked forest trails, feeling the earth beneath my feet, the cold air on my skin, and the shelter of the trees. No distractions—just me and the raw, imperfect beauty of the world around me.

As I spent more time outdoors, I began to shed the layers of self-doubt and people-pleasing that had once felt like protection. At first, stepping away from old habits was uncomfortable, but I soon realized that what I thought was keeping me safe was actually keeping me stuck, preventing me from truly connecting with myself and others.

Through coaching and time in nature, I was able to reclaim my power, challenge old beliefs, and step into a more authentic, empowered version of myself. Each step brought more clarity, balance, and self-acceptance. Today, I continue to grow, both as a coach and as an individual, fueling my inner fire to keep shining brighter.

Some parts of life’s journey are meant to be walked alone, but you don’t have to navigate it all by yourself. As your coach, I’m here to walk beside you, offering support as you move through life’s seasons.

There is no charge for the digital 20 minute intake session. After the intake session, coaching sessions start at 90 euro per session excluding taxes. These sessions last about 85 minutes.
